On December 23, 2017 an exhibition of bakery products was held in Dushanbe whose goal was to show residents and guests how Tajikistan is famous for its bakery products. The exhibition was attended by ministries and establishments of the country, city ​​and district government as well as the Tajik State University of Commerce and the Tajik Institute of Entrepreneurship and Services.

At the exhibition the Tajik State University of Commerce represented the Sughd and Khatlon dastarkhan and all varieties of baked goods that women baked.   Moreover, from time immemorial, Tajik women possessed baking skills. Furthermore, traditional folk festivals were famous for a solid and varied table where one could see a variety of baked pastries from different parts of our country.

At the exhibition there were a variety of bakery products that it was hard for the jury to choose the best ones. Nevertheless, the jury members highly appreciated the products of the Tajik State University of Commerce and awarded the first place.
