The Tajik State University of Commerce pays great attention to the training of highly qualified specialists who are competitive in the global labor market.

To achieve such goals and objectives, the university has an internship and advanced training department.

The Internship and Advanced Training Department was created on January 1, 2021 on the basis of the Training, Training and Advanced Training Department.

The specialists of the department carry out their activities on the basis of instructions and instructions of the Founder of National Peace and Unity - the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, respected Emomali Rahmon, education legislation, orders of the rector of the Tajik State University of Commerce, instructions from the department of public education, the charter of the university, the regulation of the department.

 The department implements instructions and an annual activity plan. 

Since November 2018, the head of the department has been appointed candidate of pedagogical sciences, associate professor Boyali Huseynov.

Gulanor Fozilova is a specialist in the department of internships for students and graduates.

The staff of the department works in three areas:

1. Professional development of teachers, their pedagogical and psychological skills and retraining of young teachers.
2. Educational, production and undergraduate student practice.
3. Professional development and relations with graduates.

The university implements specific measures to conduct educational, industrial and undergraduate practice for students at a high level.

In particular, cooperation agreements were signed between the Tajik State University of Commerce of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Customs Service under the Government of the country and other departments and institutions, which will increase the level of professional qualifications and improve the qualifications of auxiliary students.

Also, teachers are enrolled in various courses by specialists of the department, improve their specialization and are sent abroad to improve their qualifications within the framework of various educational programs. Students are sent to organizations and enterprises on the basis of the program of heads of departments and plans of employees of departments of industrial training.

Every year, the specialists of the department supervise the process of industrial and pre-diploma training of students of the second, third and fourth courses and provide them with a diary and manual.
