On August 27, 2020, an open lecture was held by Zamira Kadyrova, a specialist in the department of strategic development and quality management system.

It should be noted that a series of open lectures is being held under the “Public Financial Management Support” program and funded by DFID. The results of the research on the topic "Financing the system of higher education in the Republic of Tajikistan: theory, methodology, practice" were considered within the lecture.

The objective of this study was to assess the current model of state funding for the higher vocational education system and identify problems that impede the implementation of a new funding model for the higher education system in the Republic of Tajikistan.
