The Tajik State University of Commerce signed a memorandum of academic cooperation with the Lanzhou University of Transport and Communication. The parties agreed to cooperate in the exchange of students and faculty, educational materials and conduct joint researches. Furthermore, the parties expressed their wish to open a Chinese language and testing center at the TSUC.
