1. Order of the acceptance in educational/scientific institutions

2. Photo (5x6) JPG or JPEG format

3. Photocopy of Passport

4. Petition letter of educational/scientific institutions

5. Student’s ID card (mandatory for extension of the visa)

6. Transcript/Student’s record-book (mandatory for extension of the visa)

7. Contract

8. HIV Antibody Test Certificate (mandatory for extension of the visa for more than 3 months)

9. Photocopy of the previous Tajik visa

10. Letter of confirmation from the faculty/department confirming the students status

11. Receipt of the tuition fee payment

Note: Starting from January 1, 2017, the Republic of Tajikistan launched an electronic information network system for visa application. Students now can obtain visa and extend their visas by filling out the application form online and submitting the abovementioned documents to www.visa.gov.tj. Visa application filled out online must be printed out after submission and along with the original documents be brought to the Main Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan or in case if the applicant is in home country, he/she must bring them to the Tajik consulate located there.
