PROJECT OBJECTIVES: to revise educational programs in the specialties of the university from the point of view of their convergence with similar European programs and to develop a quality management system that ensures their targeted implementation.

PROJECT TASKS: - analysis of the existing educational programs of the university in the specialties (economic, legal and commercial areas), in order to identify their compliance with European programs;
- updating existing educational programs (specialties) of the university with the involvement of international consultants;
- assessment of the current quality assurance mechanism at the university;
- development of aMS and guidance on its use;
- training of managers and employees of structural units involved in quality assurance, as well as teaching staff, principles and procedures and the functioning of the QMS;
- pilot implementation of QMS at the university;
- conducting an internal audit;
- introduction of QMS in all specialties of the university;
- dissemination of project results;

The Tajik State University of Commerce (TSUC) implemented several European projects with an above-noted universities within TEMPUS, ERASMUS MUNDUS and ERASMUS + projects.

Outcomes: - Approved updated educational programs in the specialties of the university based on the competency-based approach;
- Recommendations on improving the quality assurance mechanism of TSUC;
- Developed documentation of the quality management system.
- Trained university staff on the use of QMS documentation,
- Including at least 40% female;
- Quality management system implemented in the educational process of the university;
- Improving the quality of education at the university, expressed in increasing the level of employment of graduates by at least 35%.
